Liked Above all, we loved the serenity. It was very easy to kick back and relax in this quiet copse.
The abundance of trees offered shade for us and our hot dog on the hottest week of the year.
The flat grass was ideal to park up on. The wildlife was epic with plenty of birds and butterflies. Even spotted a pair of poplar hawk moths mid-mating, plus a barn owl and a fox!
The cafe provided fantastic food and drink.
The lovely, unassuming owners were just perfect. We have camped in places with lots of signage and rules and it’s such a turnoff. Elm Farm has nailed it!
The eco-conscious ethos was a win, with fantastic compost toilets and probably the best showers we’ve ever used at a campsite.
We hope to visit again!

Liked A gorgeous, well maintained campsite in a beautiful location close to the beach. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe at all times. The facilities were immaculate - clean toilets, hot showers and fresh drinking water. The barn and cafe were an added bonus - I had a delicious breakfast and coffee in the barn (where there were also charging facilities).
Ali was friendly, attentive and responsive from the moment I booked right up until I left. Incredible value for money and I will definitely be back!
