- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Reception is unmanned after 9 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Liked: Very quiet. Shop has bread, eggs and a few bits. Local village has lovely pub, shop and restaurants 20 min walk. Take care getting to it in a wide Motorhome. It’s remote
Disliked: Having to climb through a thick hedge to connect power. There seems to be caravans there that have been there a long time and don’t look very sightly and it does not make a good view. For the money there are better sites around.

Liked: Very friendly, great for star gazing, easy reach of local beaches. The site has a rustic feel about it, lots of chickens, turkeys and a cheeky cockerel running around. Grass may be long in places on site, but it’s for a reason of attracting local wild life, which is great as it all adds to the feel of the site. Keep it up and we’ll done for thinking about the wildlife
Disliked: People putting negative comments on about toilets and showers, there is more than 2 toilets. showers and toilets are cleaned, it’s other people using them that don’t clean after use. Yes there is cobwebs and chicken poo on rafters in the barn showers, but it’s a barn and you can’t stop wild life doing what they do.

Liked: Friendly and very informal site. Enjoyed the chickens and turkeys wandering around the pitches.
Disliked: Can best be described as rustic. Really needs a fair bit of tidying up and maintenance to reach its true potential.

Disliked: Cleanliness was poor and the location was poor all the site was also overgrown and after staying on a different site prior to this one for £12 more for the same amount of time the standard was incomparable very disappointing resulting in us leaving 3 days prior to our leaving date.

Liked: Proximity to local attractions and beaches. Nice little site very close to local beaches. Free range chickens and turkeys running around. Facilities could use a bit of updating/tidying but functional. Children had a curfew of no moving around the site after 9:30pm, felt a little unwelcoming.

Liked: Warm and friendly welcome. Helpful and approachable owners. Quiet site with natural Cornwall at its heart. Free range chickens. Quaint look to the buildings. Close proximity to globally renowned beautiful beaches. Allowing camp fires and furry pets.

Liked: Everything. Lovely pitch sites, fabulous owners, cute countryside location. My children loved the chick cuddling. Can’t wait to go back.
Disliked: A lot of people mention the toilets and showers. No they are not 5 star toilets but they are a great deal better than a lot of other camp sites I’ve stayed on.

Liked: Very welcoming. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Bathrooms and utility room were nicely done. My son loved the chicks and chicken and being able to give them a cuddle. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
