This spacious, peaceful site boasts spectacular sea views and easy access to the South West Coast Path. Visitors consistently praise the friendly and helpful owner, Colin, and the clean, well-maintained facilities, particularly the hot showers. Pitches are generous, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. While generally well-regarded, some mention the site can be exposed and windy. Lovely site, great value for money.
Electric grass pitch
Liked Great views. Well organised. Nice camp host. Very good value for money. Cheap compared to other sites.
Disliked People just walking through your pitch to get to the toilets. I find this on a lot of camp sites. Not really the sites fault x

Peaceful, spacious and dog-friendly. Great location for coastal walks.
Electric grass pitch
Liked We really enjoyed our stay at Pennycrocker Lower Campsite. Although it’s a large site, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with plenty of space between pitches. It felt relaxed and never overcrowded. It’s also very dog friendly, which was a big plus for us.
The location is excellent. One of our favourite things was being able to join the South West Coast Path and walk along the stunning coastline to Boscastle. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and Boscastle is a lovely harbour village that’s well worth visiting. Bude is also only a short drive away.
The facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the hot showers were always appreciated after a day of walking and exploring.
Disliked Nothing really! We had a lovely stay and would happily return.
