What customers say
This is a basic, no-frills campsite offering fantastic coastal views and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those who appreciate nature. It's conveniently located for walks to Boscastle and the South West Coast Path. Facilities are minimal, primarily consisting of a clean, well-maintained toilet. Many reviewers highlight the stunning views and excellent value for money. While some note the sloping terrain, most found it manageable and appreciated the spacious pitches. Some guests also mentioned the lack of showers and bins, but overall found the simplicity refreshing.

Liked First impressions were it’s a storage yard. A number of vehicles / boats etc. appeared only a couple being used and it looked like they lived there. We found a parking space on the end and it was fine. Facilities were a toilet in a shed, it was very clean though.
We used the pixel pub for dinner which was beautiful.

Disliked Track to top field, not user friendly for motorcycles, very uneven and slippery. Alternative being grass which is not any better.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Basic site but well worth the stay if you camp in the top field you have a wonderful view of the sea, I got talking to a few people that are staying in there caravans and motor homes very very nice people they gave me lots of advice on where to visit while I was staying at green lane camping site and they also invited me to have a barbecue with them which I had a great time with them all thank you it was very kind of you all to welcome me to a barbecue with you all. I will definitely be stopping there again friendly people great views and to be honest although this is a basic campsite and very very cheap to stay there if you’re on a budget pick no other campsite than Green Lane camp site.

Liked Peaceful, friendly, great views from upper field. Lovely local pub and short way to Boscastle harbour. Great value for money too.
Disliked Just one toilet for whole site which was a bit of a trek in the middle of the night!

Amazing value and best of all is the seaviews
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked I loved my 5 days there. Stunning views, clean , normal toilet with soap and paper inside.adequate washing up facilities. No bin but the lovely Steve provided one for us. Lovely grassy area to set up camp. Close to some amazing places like boscastle, tintagel , bossiney cove , waterfalls, Rocky valley with really cool rock carvings. Would definitely come here again. Steve is friendly, kind and helpful.
Disliked No shower but can understand why Steve doesn't bother putting one in. Half of the campsite is full of caravans and camper vans who live there permanently but they are all friendly and quiet. There is just a lovely ambiance in the place.

The field was lovely. Not…
Non-electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The field was lovely. Not too full and no problems with noise. The kids enjoyed it. We were close to the coast path and the village and a shop but on the edge so it was quiet. Nice sea view
The owner called every morning so I felt confident I could report a problem if necessary. There were no bins so I had to ask the owner to take our rubbish.
I was in my little camper and my son and grand kids had a tent so we pitched together in the field. The area for big tourers/ caravans was more of a caravan storage area and I wouldn't have liked to be there. The toilet was cleaned everyday but there was only one.
The washing up sink was dirty so we didn't use it
Disliked No showers tho we knew about this and didn't think it would be a problem but I realised i missed it especially as it was so hot. We rigged up a washing area in the tent tho so it was okay.
