You’ll be sorted at Paddlesworth Court Farm, a spacious and green site set in the gorgeous Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. When it comes to classic camp activities, Paddlesworth Court Farm scores full marks – campfires and barbecues are allowed at this laidback site, and firepits are available to borrow if you haven't brought your own (subject to availability; it's advisable to bring your own just in case). Basic amenities like toilets are available too, as is water and a waste disposal point. The farm is in the small village of Paddlesworth, which is roughly a mile and a half from Hawkinge's pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The larger coastal town of Folkestone (10 minutes) is within easy reach too if you fancy an afternoon stroll along the seafront or want to explore the local area by train. This site is in a recognised dark sky area, so you're likely to be treated to some impressive cosmic displays. As well as being an excellent destination in its own right, Paddlesworth Court Farm is a very convenient stop-off point for cross-Channel trips and is 15 minutes' drive from the Eurotunnel passenger check-in terminal or 20 minutes from Dover. Good local dog-walking and kennels are available on site.

Liked John was really nice and doing his best and his dogs were beautiful. The tent field was pleasant and fires were allowed.

Disliked There was a lot of piles of rubbish around the site and very few electric points. Some of the toilets the lights weren't working.

Disliked Sanitäranlagen sind nicht benutzbar, wir hatten die ganze Nacht Musikbeschallung zunächst einer etwas entfernten Feier und dann direkt bis in die Morgenstunden auf dem Platz.

Disliked The toilet, the fact there was a party up untill 2/3am every night and nothing was advertised about it else i wouldnt of come here!!! Only after i paid the man he mentioned the party
Quite time definitely isnt 11-7 as me and my son were up until 5/6
I even had to get out my tent at 4am to twll them to be quite as my son was getting up set
Says you need a minimum pf 14m for electric hook up … i needed about 3m!
The owner hasnt got a clue who goes where and there are only a certain amount of electric points so having someone squeeze between two already pitched up people wasnt ideal
Theres a box where you Chuck and rubbish (no bin)

Liked The guy who owns it is a really nice chap but I am afraid I dont book campsites because the guy who runs it is nice.

I know its cheap but it was really poor.

Disliked Sorry but apart from the owner, everything!

Liked Großer Stellplatz. Freie Platzwahl. Wir haben eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Der Betreiber war sehr nett. Nicht weit nach Dover, wenn man zur Fähre möchte.

Disliked Die Sanitären Anlagen waren, um es mal nett auszudrücken, sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zum auf die Toilette gehen ging es, aber Zähne geputzt hätte ich dort definitiv nicht.

Disliked Slecht sanitair en ontoereikend voor het aantal bezoekers, veel rotzooi op het kampeerterrein wat nauwelijks werd opgeruimd, veel rumoer s' nachts van campinggasten waar niet tegen werd opgetreden

Liked the owner is a sweet guy and really helpful. it is a very huge and open space with a lot of space for people to set up tents.

Disliked Toilets could have been better and possibility of a warm shower.
