Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked The best campsite shower ever! The owner was really lovely. The bakery is conveniently close. I recommend booking private campsite if the group is more than 2. Check with the owner to make the private pitch will have a working bathroom.

Electric grass motorhome pitch

Liked Rural and relaxed.
I was In an orchard - very peaceful, natural setting.
Very friendly staff willing to support if needed.

Disliked Not sure how long the shed that houses the toilet will last!
Unlucky that on my stay the planes were taking off quite late and coming over from Bournemouth airport. Expect it depends on wind direction.

Electric grass motorhome pitch

Liked We loved everything about our stay, just wish we stayed longer. Our spot was very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful growing flowers and produce. Our children loved the tractors and the freedom, riding their bikes and picking a few blackberries off the bushes. The hosts were so so friendly and a huge thank you to Hannah and Callum for making our trip with the fire by the lake. It was our sons highlight from our 4 day camping trip. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much, Charley and Sam 🙂

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked We liked the quiet farm setting in a woodland glade by the lake. We liked the very spacious shower/toilet/washing cubicles that were rustic but clean and well equipped. It is near a good farm shop and bakery with lots of produce and coffee. The owner is friendly and lives nearby.

Disliked The lack of hot water at the wash basins and we’d like the showers to be hotter.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Absolutely beautiful place to stay, we walked around halfway around the lake and the farm area in the evening. The facilities are nice and clean, and the team there is very friendly and helped us when someone accidentally locked the gate

Disliked Not on the staff, but if you are planning to use the BBQ, I would suggest bringing a cleaner, as the people who used it before us didn't clean it.
