Our site is set just a short 10 minute walk from the local pub. Bridge Field campsite is a basic campsite with toilets, mains water, and bins. What you see is what you get with us. No guest vehicles are permitted on the camping field, this is to enable children to be able to play in the open space safely. Set up on a field just over the road from our working family farm. This campsite boasts large spacious pitches. The site is next to the Sandon Brook, although you will not be able to take your car onto the field or bathe in the brook you are spoilt for space. When you arrive you can park the car in the car park, grab a wheelbarrow, fill it up with your bits and bobs, not forgetting your tent! Walk over the bridge to find your pitch, first come first served... We currently have 20 pitches, all non-electric on grass. We request that our guests leave the site as they found it removing all rubbish and disposing of it in the bin/bins provided. There maybe livestock (sheep) in and around the fields that you park and camp in. Please be mindful of this. Quiet hours between 10.30 pm and 7 am please.The site is close to other eateries such as The Cricketers Pub in Danbury, and Butts Green Garden Center for a great coffee and cake or breakfast. BBQ off the ground are permitted. Strictly no campfires.
