From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that noise from other guests affected your stay. We understand how important a peaceful night's sleep is, and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
While we're naturally disappointed that this experience resulted in such a low rating, we do appreciate your comments as they help us identify areas where we can improve. We're actively working to make our campsite an even more family and couple-friendly destination by discouraging large groups and reviewing our quiet hours, as well as encouraging all guests to be considerate of those around them.
We would also encourage any guests experiencing issues during their stay to contact us straight away. We're always more than happy to help resolve any concerns as quickly as possible, giving us the opportunity to put things right while you're still with us.
We hope you'll consider visiting us again in the future so we can provide the relaxing camping experience we strive to offer.
Thank you,
The team at Church Lane Campsite
