What customers say
This is a beautifully maintained and peaceful campsite with very spacious pitches offering privacy. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, the convenient quad bike and trailer service for transporting gear, and the excellent on-site cafe and bar serving delicious pizzas. While most reviews highlight the tranquil setting and lovely views over the marina, a recurring point for improvement is the limited number and cleanliness of some toilet and shower facilities, particularly during peak times. Despite this, many visitors express a strong desire to return.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked We loved the space that each pitch has, every pitch is about 30 metres from each other. The mowed pathways through the long grass are great for the wildlife and was full of butterflies when we stayed.
Disliked The toilets and washing stations are a good walk if your pitch is further away but if this is the trade of for the space you're given then thats fine by us.

I loved the site and would visit again, providing the shower is sorted
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked The layout for the campervans, the way the site is maintained for camping, the location, the marina itself, EHU and water available at each location.
Disliked As far as I could work out the light didn't come on in the shower toom when you closed the door - so you either had to shower in complete darkness or you had to shower with the door ajar. Bearing in mind that the door opened to the outside this was not ideal. Cafe looked lovely and was a nice idea but wasn't open in the week.

The most tranquil of sites - lovely.
Electric grass motorhome pitch
Liked Such a peaceful and beautiful location. We enjoyed walking along the marina. We were only there a short time and so couldn't experience the café but hope to be back at some point! Pot wash area was great, lovely hot water and sheltered.
Disliked Not a dislike this time as weather was fine, but can imagine the portaloos and rustic showers being a bit frustrating in wet weather as there is no shelter or anywhere to hang clothes (some hooks inside the shower but clothes got wet).
