Disliked Didn't stay at the site kept ringing no answer so stayed on another site so they got £25 for nothing so I wouldn't book again

From the manager: Hi pual very sorry about the inconvenience we own more then 1 site and this particular site was closed over the Christmas period untill after the new year when we are open our staff would contact you and give you a pitch number when you first booked the pitch through pitch up. refund of 25 pounds have been paid apologies for any inconvenience and would hope to see you back at sometime

Disliked Difficult to find. Offputting vehicle access. Sign saying unsuitable for motor vehicles. No code for gate which was locked. Phoned warden on Mobile Park nearby. Gave me a number to call in Yorkshire. Eventually got gate code. Very uneven pitch. Steep incline to and from site for long vehicles with loose gravel unable to get traction to climb.

Then a text asking can they call back later.
At this point we was at the locked gate, asked for the combination for the padlock.
Was given the Incorrect code
Only for somebody on a neighbouring static site going above and beyond we would never of got in.
