What customers say
This site offers a peaceful escape with stunning views, cosy shepherd's huts, and excellent facilities including hot showers and a well-equipped communal kitchen. Guests frequently praise the comfortable beds, the thoughtful provisions (bread, milk, cereal), and the efficiency of the multi-fuel stoves. The attached pub receives consistent positive feedback for its tasty food, good value, and friendly atmosphere. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, some mention the steps to the huts and shower block may be a consideration for those with limited mobility, and Wi-Fi/mobile signal can be weak.

Emily shepherd's hut
Liked Very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. Useful kitchenette with microwave and kettle.
Delicious meals at the pub and we enjoyed the Thursday quiz. Howarth was very convenient just 5 min away and we really enjoyed the Bronte waterfall walk.
Disliked Power banks would have been a useful addition in the hut. It was tricky trying to keep the phones charged.

Charlotte shepherd's hut
Liked Lovely cosy cabin and fabulous facilities. Felt very secluded, quiet and peaceful with the most beautiful scenery. The pub is also exceptional with delicious home cooked food, friendly staff and the best beer garden ever! Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and cereal were provided and there was even a hairdryer and straighteners in the facilities room!! Close enough to Haworth to walk but just far enough out to escape the hustle and bustle of the village - in love with this place x

Don't want to sing its praises too much as it might get overbooked....
Charlotte shepherd's hut
Liked The location is great and the views are genuinely incredible. The pod is just ideal, and the little Hobbit log burner is perfect. Shower is hot, kitchen has what you need. The attached pub is really good with good ales selection and the staff are so friendly.
Disliked Minor point, grass was long and hadn't been collected, so in the morning dew it got everywhere. Especially with our spaniel pup running around.
