What customers say
This is a small, peaceful, and well-maintained campsite with a fantastic riverside location, just a short walk from Ripponden's shops and pubs. Visitors praised the immaculate and modern toilet and shower facilities, as well as the spacious, level pitches. Owners are frequently mentioned as friendly and helpful. Pods offer a comfortable and warm experience. While generally highly rated, some guests noted occasional queues for the limited bathroom facilities during peak times and a lack of clear signage making the site tricky to find.

Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Quite campsite didn’t really get to use the park or go on walks as weather wasn’t on our side :/
Disliked Felt the toilet area could have been better , toilet seat peeling , showers - water like fine mist and intermittent hot and cold when taking a shower. Pot wash area didn’t have hot water.

Peaceful, friendly site with clean facilities & great location nearby
Fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked A lovely hidden gem! It might feel like you’ve taken a wrong turn through the car park and along the river, but once there it’s a fantastic spot. We stayed on Pitch 3. Plenty of seasonal pitches, all very friendly. The facilities were spotless, with two mixed-gender toilets, each with an electric shower. Ripponden village is just a 5-minute stroll away and has everything you need, great pubs, coffee shops, and takeaways. We had an excellent Sunday lunch at The Old Bridge Inn, enjoyed craft beers at Indii Brew Co, and a few ales at The Last Post. Perfect base for walks and exploring Hebden Bridge and Sowerby Bridge.
Disliked Nothing really... Access can be a bit unusual the first time you arrive, but it’s straightforward once you know.
