What customers say
This campsite offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere with spacious, level pitches and abundant open space. Visitors consistently praise the friendly and exceptionally helpful owners, who are often on hand to assist. Facilities, particularly toilets and showers, are frequently described as clean and well-maintained, although some reviews note that they are basic and could benefit from upgrades. The site's location is appreciated for its proximity to walks and attractions, and many guests express a strong desire to return. Some minor concerns were raised about road noise for pitches located near the main road and the limited number of toilet and shower facilities during busy periods.

Perfect site to get away.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Perfect site, toilets running water and cleaning up space. That’s all you need. Plenty of space. Left to it to get set up & then came round to see if everything was okay a little later on.
Nice touch with the bar & food area which I didn’t know about until I got there, nice surprise.
Definitely be back at some point during the year
Disliked None. All good

Excellent site with fantastic plans to improve over the coming years.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Spacious pitches which you can watch the park from. The owners were lovely and friendly, very helpful and family run. Few animals on the site, which the kids loved to just pop over to see. A newly built little bar and drinks and snacks were cheap enough, with a burger van too.
Disliked The only down side was the toilets and showers one male one female and only one shower however there are plans in place to get a new shower block built this year so will make this much better.

Very good site, good owners great value for money.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Level pitches, plenty of space, friendly welcome from owners, bar & burger van on site, very good value for money.
Disliked Could probably do with more toilets & showers, but this is a fairly new venture for the owners so i am sure this will follow in time.

We have stayed here a couple…
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked We have stayed here a couple of times now and we absolutely love it! Spacious pitches, clean shower and toilets and wash station. The staff are absolutely amazing! They have a burger van with really good food and marquee with a tv, heater and bar! We had a birthday over the weekend and the owner Andy and his wife really went above and beyond, they came down with a bottle and even made a birthday cake! Honestly we cannot fault this place at all!

Liked 5/5 Stars - A Hidden Gem for Families and Nature Lovers!
We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Pond Farm Caravan and Camping. The main field is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to breathe and relax. While the site offers electric hook-ups, we chose to go without this time, but it’s great to have the option.
The recent upgrades are a total game-changer. There is now a large marquee featuring a built-in bar and TV—perfect for grabbing a drink and catching the sports. They’ve also added a catering van serving hot food at very reasonable prices, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
As a working farm, the atmosphere is lovely. We loved seeing the goats, chickens, and pigs. It is exceptionally child-friendly with a large playground and a secure, gated entrance that stays closed, so we felt that it would be completely safe letting our nieces and nephews run about and have fun when we bring them along.
The owners are some of the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve met. Currently, there are male/female toilets and a unisex shower, but the owners shared their exciting plans to convert an outbuilding into a dedicated shower block and a small shop for essentials.
Between the outstanding views, the family-run atmosphere, and the safe environment, this is an excellent place to stay. We can’t recommend it enough!
