Liked Lovely quiet farm site, a choice of fields to pitch in. Fire pits available to use and picnic benches. Toilets and showers. Lovely views and nice clear skies to see the stars. Ideal for campers, cars and motorbikes.
Disliked No dislikes, second time I've visited. Recommended to friends who will probably visit again too.

Liked Second time we’ve been, first time was about 5 weeks ago and loved it so much we came back this weekend. Great little base for exploring. Well kept, very friendly hosts, washroom facilities are clean and have always been stocked up. Both times we’ve been fairly busy but there’s plenty of space so it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Great atmosphere last night with the England match! Other people we spoken to are friendly, lots of space for the kids to play too. We’ll definitely add this to our list of regular sites.

Liked the space. Need not get too close to fellow campers.
Disliked Showers needed more hooks to hang clothes and towel on.
Access to site along narrow lanes with few passing places.

Disliked Would like a no campfire area. Got stuck between to camp fires and was uncomfortable for it. Would have chosen a no camp fire area if there was one

Liked Its a 10 min walk up the track to join the Haidrian wall footpath.
Nice big spacious field. Lovely friendly owner. Handy having couple of toilets and showers.
Disliked Not a dislike but more a warning there are two ways into the farm. One is single track narrow lane, not great for larger vehicles/caravans. Check you are going in via the short track from the main road 😊

Disliked Bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade but clean and lots of hot water.
Used sat nav and ended up in a pile of silage in the farm yard.
