Nice clean site, probably better off outside of school holidays for us
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Clean site, clean modern well kept loos, showers area. easy for water, chemical loo point, rubbish.
Bar and grill by the main house had a feel like a pub, the food for price was very reasonable and what we had very nice. Friendly helpful receptionist. Good location not far from town and other attractions.
Good size plot.
Disliked Gravel pitch that we had could have been levelled better, us and others around us had to use levellers, not a major but still a faff for a motorhome. Kids have two great areas to play in, one inside and one outside, but parents let them play on scooters, bikes etc down the road slants and roads, which can get noisy with excited youngsters. No view other than your close site campers which there was plenty of tightly packed.

Liked Had a great 7 night stay. The site is well maintained. The wardens van was touring the site regularly making sure all was well. The Lounge and Restaurant was great and had a lovely meal. The toilets and showers were immaculate and kept at a high standard. They were very close to our pitch and so was water facilities and chemical toilet. This is the second time I’ve been here, 2013 was the first time and there wasn’t a lounge and restaurant at that time.. The town cent not too far either. If you’re walking it takes approximately 25 minutes. Although there are bus stops I never saw any buses at all except for in town..If you take the car it would be a busy place to park. The park was also full of lovely flower beds everywhere. Gardeners were well on top of it all. But all in all great place to caravan in..

Very clean site with friendly staff, and excellent toilets.
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked The adults only bar was great! The toilets and showers were very clean, spotless. Simple and easy check in. Nice, clean and quiet site. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked No shop on site. (However TESCO is a 15 minute walk away.) The pitch was all gravel and no grass.
Be careful of the crows going into your 'awning' to empty your bin and loud seagulls during the night and early morning squawking.
