This small, peaceful campsite offers spacious, level pitches and exceptionally clean, well-maintained facilities, including modern shower/toilet cubicles. Guests frequently praise the tranquil atmosphere, beautiful rural setting, and convenient location for exploring the Northumberland coast and nearby attractions. While generally receiving high praise, minor points include a desire for better ventilation in some bathrooms and occasional issues with washing-up sink plugs. 2 bedroom camping pod (four person)
Liked Very Comfy bed, sheets and towels all lovely quality , great shower , kitchen had everything you needed .
Lounge area was homely and felt personal .
Disliked Didn’t like how the Pod was very dark , especially the bunk bed rooms at the back , found them to be really creepy and don’t think the grandchildren would have wanted to sleep in them if they were with us .
The pod could be much better if it was brightened up with some white painted areas . For this reason only I would not book them again .

A real gem of a site with plenty of interest in the area.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked small well run, very neat site. 3 unisex washrooms worked very well and very clean, plenty of room with large shower base, chair and hangers.
Even though there were only 7 pitches (2 non electric) pitch sizes were substantial
Disliked Very minor observation dish washing area would benefit from a proper draining board.

Lovely clean quiet site
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked We are new to caravaning so still finding our way in the caravaning world. We stopped here for 4 nights. The pitches are huge and level which made it easy to get the caravan and awning up easy. The views are lovely and it's very quiet which is what we wanted. The showers and toilets were cleaned everyday so were spotless. There's a track you can walk ya dog's where you can find little elf doors on the trees which I thought was cute.
Disliked Nothing

Amazing holiday
Boothill camping pod (three person)
Liked The Boothill pod was brilliant. It had everything needed and more, and was beautifully decorated. The extra touches were great, like tea & coffee, board games etc. I also liked being on the same campsite as family with their motorhome, and the location was perfect.
Disliked The window let in midgies, but I needed it open. Maybe some kind of flyscreen would be useful

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Huge pitch size, 3 self-contained shower, basin & toilet units (clean and cleaned regularly), dog walking areas on- and off-site, easy contact with owners if needed, fresh eggs available to buy
Disliked Our neighbours arrived at 10pm with kids and made a bit of noise setting up, but were great the following 2 days and nights. Having no reception or 'arrive by time' has its pros and cons, but actually we found it better

From the manager: Thank you so much for your kind comments and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We do have an ‘arrive by’ time which is 8pm but sometimes it can be a little hard to ensure all guests adhere to due to unforeseen circumstances for the guests. Thanks again and we hope you visit again in the future. Kind Regards, Katryna
