Liked: We liked the beautiful countryside location The toilet facilities were adequate The 2 for 1 Castle Howard Gardens entry was useful
Disliked: Lack of view from our plot under huge trees. So near to a beautiful lake but it was hidden. Noisy crows at dawn/ bird droppings Little phone/ Internet signal Thought it a pity the castle Howard 2 for 1 didn't include the House

Liked: Convenience of location to Castle Howard with lakeside walk.
Disliked: Excessive noise from the very early crow activity within the wooded section of the campsite. Also, the lack of privacy around the lakeside gate entrance with several dog walkers disrespecting our pitch and walking and talking very close to our motorhome and slamming the gate in the early hours. I would have at least expected a dedicated path to the gate and away from the motothome pitches.
