Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked WiFi on the pitch. 2 toilets for ladies, 1 urinal and 1 toilet for men. Shower (I believe you have to pay but looked clean enough)
Lovely quiet site, and surrounded by nature, we loved the horses and the chickens/cockerels.
Owner is lovely and find the email sent beforehand is extra handy in locating the site.
Disliked Absolutely no fault of the site at all, more of a warning but coming back though Dalby forest we were charged £5 and was definitely not longer than the free 30 mins - currently arguing this with national forest.

Overall a lovely friendly site.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked The site was maintained well, some long bits of grass on the edges but nothing too major. The site owners are lovely and friendly, along with their friendly dogs who like to come and say hello, especially Dorris she loved the kids and the kids loved her!
It’s a very basic site but also has what you need. It’s perfect location with things to do in the local area, fantastic views/scenery.
Lots of open space for the children to run/play safely.
For a very great price, what a lovely little gem it is. We would definitely visit again.
Disliked The showers weren’t the cleanest, but this was more to do with how people were leaving them rather than how the owners maintained them. Bob appeared to be manning the site single handedly on most occasions and he does a fantastic job.

Diabolical place
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Absolutely nothing! Came home early after sleepless nights and screaming kids with drunk parents shouting there was definitely no quiet time acknowledged here. Lessons learned you get what you pay for
Disliked Booked and paid for 2 electric pitches to which we were given a splitter to share one electric point. Crammed on as many as possible. Filthy toilets and showers.

From the manager: No point complaining from Home. If the neighbours are noisy please tell us. Site rules are quiet after 10-30 p.m. We would have asked guests to be quieter. I walked the dogs at 10.00 p.m, did not hear the noise.
This guest booked an electric motorhome pitch and an electric tent pitch, the two pitches are in seperate fields. On arrival the guest for the electric tent pitch requested to pitch next to the motorhome. There was room for them to do that, the pitches are large, but only one electric point free, hence a splitter was provided.
Toilets and showers, mixed reviews? They are cleaned but not after every guest, There is a note in the toilets requesting guests to tell us if something needs attention.
The site capacity is 10 motorhome pitches in one field, 10 camping pitches in a sheltered field. We were busy but only 20 pitches occupied.
Great family getaway

Liked Very nice campsite, friendly and helpful owners. Peaceful and pre-pitched tent was in great location.
Disliked The confirmation we got from here said we could arrive at 2pm but email confirmation said 5pm which meant we had to change plans a little.
