What customers say
This is a well-maintained, clean, and secure site with spacious pitches and excellent, immaculately kept toilet and shower facilities. The ANPR entry system is efficient, and staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Its location is ideal for exploring the Yorkshire coast, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby. While generally praised for its peaceful atmosphere, some guests noted intermittent Wi-Fi and a lack of children's entertainment, though a football pitch is available. There were isolated issues with pitch suitability and Wi-Fi.

Fantastic site well placed for things to do.
Fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch (super, XL)
Liked The whole site is clean, tidy and up to date. Really clean toilets and showers. Staff very friendly, always willing to talk and find out what you've been up to. You can walk straight from the site gate, either to the nearest pub, or Sunday market/car boot or to the coast for the Cleveland Way, or across country via public footpaths to Filey. Also just a few mins drive to Filey Zoo.
Disliked Nothing really apart from an over exuberant chaffinch who took a disliking to the shiny parts, mirrors and window reflections on the motorhome in which he could see his "rival". Who says wildlife is only on TV?

Perfect location if you want to explore the east coast.
Fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch (super, XL)
Liked Great site! Very spacious plots with lots of green open space. The toilet and shower blocks were nice & warm and impeccably clean. Security at the site is controlled by a barrier with an automatic number plate recognition system. This negates the need to interact with anyone upon arrival. Just drive up, wait for the barrier to open, locate your pitch and get set up! TV signal on site was excellent. Cellular signal (O2) was also very strong. There is WiFi though we had no need to use it. Filey is only 5 minutes drive away and has a Tesco supermarket for all your essentials. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Lebberston is a handy base for Whitby, Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and all the little bays in between. The beach at Hunmanby Gap just south of Filey is lovely and a great spot for stretching your legs.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.
