What customers say
This is a small, friendly, and quiet campsite with a fantastic location, just a short walk from Pickering town centre and local amenities. Visitors consistently praise the cleanliness of the facilities, including the hot showers. Staff are frequently described as helpful and welcoming. The site is well-maintained with good pitches and offers peaceful surroundings. A minor issue with access to the river for fishing was noted, and a booking mix-up occurred on one occasion, which the manager stated has been addressed.

Messed up reservation
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Didn't get a chance to like anything.
Disliked Not able to get hardstanding which was reserved, and substitute grass reservation had lost the EHU requirement. Option offered by owner (very long extension, with children playing) not realistic. Cancelled and refunded quickly.

From the manager: A total mix up which has never happened before and we will make sure it doesn't happen again. I hope you found suitable alternative accommodation. Regards Sandra
