What customers say
This is a peaceful, well-maintained campsite with beautiful countryside views and excellent walking opportunities directly from the site. Visitors frequently praise the on-site pub for its good food, friendly atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Facilities, including toilets and showers, are generally reported as clean and functional, though some note they are a little dated. Pitches can be sloping, and levelling blocks are recommended. While many enjoyed the tranquil setting, a few noted occasional noise and some found the site and its facilities to be basic for the price.

Liked A lovely quiet site with no drama. We arrived with a warm welcome and the site itself is small enough that is perfect for kids to play independently whilst in your eyesight. Everybody was friendly. The pub is cosy and charming and the food was tasty & filling. I recommend booking a table on a weekend as it was busy on the weekend. The toilet facilities are exactly what you need but could do with modernisation, however didn't affect our stay! Thank you for a great 'getaway'!
Disliked No disabled/baby change in the toilet block- however available inside the pub.
