Liked: Wonderful location for walkers. A no fuss no frills camp site. Great friendly service. You can have breakfast and packed lunch made for you. With all the basics needed . Quite location. Great walks on the door step. I found all in working order, and no hidden costs. And if you have forgotten anything they have you covered.
Disliked: Nothing. However some people may find the pitches a little sloppy and the facilities very basic.

Liked: The facilities are brilliant, clean, and close to the camping pitch area. There's Wi-Fi available in the barn which can be good if you want to escape social media but conversely have it available in case of emergencies. The site is on the Yorkshire 3 peaks trail and several others so ideal for hikers. There are pubs nearby and they sell various things at the campsite. THE SHOWER WAS HOT AND HIGH PRESSURE. The views were stunning and the actual camping ground was soft moss/grass filled with buttercups no animal droppings or uneven ground.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper there are many animals and farming activities. There are also a lot of hikers walking past the campsite as it is on the trail.

Liked: Beautiful location, with a nice barn to sit in to ear, read a book etc. which is great if you are sleeping in a tiny tent as I was. Also had a snack vending machine and a hot drinks vending machine which was a brilliant idea. The bacon butties from the snack bar were also excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: I couldn’t get the hot taps in the loo to work. Maybe just me.

Liked: Facilities Location Friendly staff
Disliked: The midges 🤣 Large group yapping until late hours, but with some ear plugs and having walked 25 miles, soon fast asleep.
