Fancy a break with animal areas, soft play and a café at your fingertips? Caverns, rock formations and a cycling loop nearby? There’s quite the convenient family-friendly stay at Bimham Rocks Adventure Farm, a short walk away from Brimham Rocks and 20 minutes’ drive away from the Stump Cross Caverns. A scenic site in North Yorkshire, the pitches are part of an adventure farm open between 10am and 5pm every day – and entry is included throughout your stay. The adventure park has soft play located indoors and there’s also an outdoor play area for kids to let off steam. In the animal areas, you may find micro pigs, pygmy goats and miniature donkeys. And, of course, the café when you fancy a stop for something sweet or a little extra energy. There’s more than just the activities on site, though. In the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this site is surrounded by miles of footpaths. It’s also 20 minutes’ walk away from Brimham Rocks for walking and climbing and 10 minutes’ drive away from Ripley, known for its ice cream and Pateley Bridge with an old sweet shop, shopping essentials, play park, bicycle track and swimming pool.
