Liked Nice area, park onsite for children and an off lead area for dogs. WiFi works well.

Disliked Have to pay your own electric, no idea how much to pay so we put in £10 and then obviously didn’t use it all up, there was no guidance on what to put on. The swimming pool is £10 extra, no indication of this being an extra cost. We were told it’s a heated pool, but it’s not heated enough to be enjoyable. The reception is mostly unmanned & we called the emergency line as we got locked in the swimming pool and even then nobody answered! Despite there being a play area, it’s not a very child friendly site - much better suited to couples as it’s very quiet and felt bad every time they made a noise. The toilets and showers are clean, but clearly an issue somewhere as the women’s stinks of sewerage.

Liked Lovely setting with a really big dog exercise area, great location for visiting surrounding areas. Bistro is nice not a lot of choice but worth a visit. This is a very chilled site great for a relaxing week/weekend. Has a large play area for kids, and the old hall is a beautiful building. Will definitely return. We were also treated to a spectacular fighter jet training session… amazing 😃

Disliked Caravans were a bit cramped but that doesn’t bother us tbh.

Liked Everything!
Beautiful peaceful site, immaculate and shower rooms were very clean and lovely hot showers.
Just need some more hooks on the doors for robes, towels etc..
We ate twice at the bistro.. absolutely gorgeous food and great Chef and front of house Johnny! Great music, I managed to get his playlist off him !
Perfect location for an e bike ride to Cayton Bay & Scarborough, for some fossil hunting, which didn't disappoint!
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Liked Absolutley beauiful site with just the best staff we have come across! Would highly recommend.
We came with out 4 children (Aged between 4 & 12) for the weekend. The location was perfect - we went to cayton bay, scarborough and filey. The site is lovely. The park is great, the children loved it. We stayed in a fully serviced pitch and can't say a bad word about. I saw some reviews about the toilets/showers not been clean - this was not our experience at all. They were modern, clean and really nice.
The staff were INCREDIBLE - we had an issue with our caravan and they were so helpful. We felt safe and secure in their hands.
I would highly recommend this site.
We will be back! :)

Liked Great pods kept clean with everything you need for a great break pods are positioned around a small lake with a total of 6 making it feel exclusive and private

Disliked Only told on arrival no bbq allowed which was stated on the website you could use your own on site. Having bought and taken food it was very disappointing to find out at reception

Liked The location to Scarborough and Bridlington. The bistro was great. The swimming pool was fab as you have the sole use for an hour. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Disliked The pitch sizes were small. Felt very overlooked as the caravans at the side of you were so close. We have a large twin axel and only had room for that and the sun canopy. Car had to be parked in front of caravan. Next doors waste was on our grass.

Liked Lovely surroundings, with immaculate grounds in a peaceful location. Staff were always friendly and polite.
