Liked: Level grass nice pitches
Disliked: We asked if they could accommodate us for the extra hour. And was told you know the rules and to leave by 11 not very helpful at all

From the manager: Hi Lisa, I'm really sorry you feel like this. Sadly we could not ok this today. We always go over and above to accommodate our guests requests. I would not and did not say "you know the rules and to leave by 11". It is a busy Friday at the start of a Bank Holiday weekend. We could not risk your pitch being occupied when our new guests, who had requested to arrive slightly earlier, arrive on site. You asked to leave an hour later than the time we ask our guests to be off their pitch and I explained this wasn't possible today due to it being a busy weekend with new guests arriving.
Clean, quiet site.
