Liked: A very well maintained site with very clean facilities. Clear instructions are provided on where to pitch and staff do check you are adhering to their requests.
A small shop on site for essentials. There is a play area and a larger playing field but we didn't use them.
We enjoyed a day's fishing which is paid for at the office, cash only.
Disliked: Only 3 showers in the ladies block so I did have to wait about 10 minutes, there are plenty toilets though.

Liked: Very nice site initially with good roads for towing a large caravan to. On arrival looks impressive but warden a bit over zealous with "reminding you of the rules" definitely ex caravan club warden I would guess. Toilet block clean and tidy with excellent showers etc. Phone signal on EE weak but usable for calls and data / netflix. Site has wifi but couldn't connect to it. No tv signal unless you use a cable from the site.
Very well kept site with good dog walk field.
Better for a younger families not for older campers like us.
Disliked: Massive list of rules but not policed by any means. Our pitch in the centre was very cramped in with our neighbours awning 2 ft from my parking spot next to my caravan and neighbours other side had to park over on our alloted space to cram his car in.

From the manager: Thank you for your review and rating following your stay. We're obviously disappointed with your score but delighted to read that you'd recommend us to your friends. As for guessing the previous employment of our staff, whatever the insinuation was, we're afraid you've guessed incorrectly. The warden is just doing their job trying to ensure a comfortable, safe stay for everyone. Pitches are 29-32ft wide which is more than adequate for a vehicle, caravan and awning (assuming that everyone has pitched up correctly) We do mention TV, Wifi and phone signal in our booking terms and conditions so would urge all guests to read these prior to agreeing to them at point of booking. We wish you come to speak to us whilst on site about any concerns over the policing of the 'rules' or neighbours encroaching onto your pitch so that we could have had a chance to rectify the situation for you.

Liked: The site was perfect - quiet and secluded with immaculate facilities. Toilets and shower facilities were the outstanding. The field was great for exercising the grandson and dog. Site has a small fishing pond and rods can be hired from the site. Location great for Bridlington and a short walk along quiet footpath to the village with good pub and interesting monolith in the churchyard.
Disliked: Needs improved wifi - great if you want peace and quiet!

Liked: The campsite was situated well for our visits to Bridlington whilst still quiet and rural. The walled garden was pretty. The washroom facilities were spotless and showers scored highly on our personal rating score!
We were given a warm welcome and instructions were clear.
We liked being able to walk into Rudston for a pint and a view of the monolith.
