Liked Amazing pitch with lots of room around you. Fantastic fenced dog park so pooches could run free.Mostly Friendly helpful staff especially Dave (?) who takes you to your pitch and tells you where to park up, always smiling and saying hello. Amenities where great we didn't use pool as had the two dogs and it was to hot to leave them in van but it looked good. Bar was nice we ate there Thursday and it was lovely went for drinks Saturday when they had a singer on outside.

Disliked Toilet block was clean and tidy on Thursday when the site was quiet, but cleanliness deteriorated as the site became busier on Friday and Saturday.

Ladies' toilets frequently ran low on toilet paper, with only two cubicles stocked when checked.

Toilet facilities appeared to require more regular monitoring and servicing during peak periods.

Fish and chip outlet was cash only, which was not clearly communicated in advance.

Security staff were abrupt and came across as rude when speaking to my husband while he was waiting for me.

The behaviour of security staff and a member of staff (staring and whispering) felt unprofessional and intimidating.

Broken glass was found in the outdoor bar area on Saturday afternoon.

Staff indicated the glass was likely from the previous night, suggesting the area had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned before reopening.

Broken glass on artificial grass poses a safety risk, particularly for children and dogs.

More thorough safety checks and clean-up procedures are needed in outdoor seating areas.

We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the broken glass in the outdoor seating area. Guest safety is our highest priority, and this has been raised with the relevant managers to ensure our inspection and cleaning procedures are reviewed and strengthened.

Finally, thank you for highlighting the issue regarding payment at the fish and chip shop. We will review how this information is communicated to guests to help avoid any confusion in the future.

Liked The place is clean and well maintained. The buildings and parks all look nice and clean. The staff are friendly. Plenty of things for children. Set area for animals in the restaurant although they wasnt stopped when attending the bar area.

Disliked Dogs been allowed to roam free of their lead and poo on the
Grounds. dog poo also noted on the grounds thats been left. Their should be a designated area for owners to take their dogs.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience regarding dogs being off their leads and owners not cleaning up after them. We do have a park policy requiring dogs to be kept on a lead and for owners to clean up after their pets at all times. Unfortunately, while we can put these rules in place, they do rely on owners acting responsibly.

Your feedback has been shared with our Security and Park Operations teams, who will continue to monitor this closely and take appropriate action where necessary. We would also encourage guests to report any incidents to Security during their stay so they can be dealt with immediately.

Liked Loved this place, we went when it was very hot, and the out door pool had just opened, the kids really enjoyed it and the food was very nice at the pub, there were lots to do. It had a great little shop and all the staff were very friendly, i would definitely go back again.

Disliked I was told on the second evening, that i wasn't allowed in one of the bars and that it was members only (it was when England was playing.

Liked Lovely welcome at reception by security, all the details of our stay explained and a map of site to show nessasary points I.e laundry, chip shop, on site shop and water points etc, Very clean site and well maintained, close to dog friendly beaches and a Tesco supermarket

Liked Lovely sized fully serviced pitch, check in easy, good facilities, club, swimming pool shop and permanent onsite fish and chip shop. Good access to the Sunday market (open when we visited)

Liked Great value for money. Clean shower and toilet block. Good entertainment.

Lots for kids to do.

Disliked I was stood at the bar for 15 minutes while they served customers they knew by name first.

You cant get down to the beach anymore, but theres not much the site can do about coastal errosion!

Liked Lovely park for couples or family's.. great sea views..nice walk around the park. Staff make you feel welcome..the security man took us to our and made me feel welcome. Definitely going back

Liked Staff were helpful and polite. Site was clean and well organized. Plenty for kids to do. And food whether it was fish and chips or meals at the club house were all good and reasonably priced. Thanks to everyone on site.
