White Water Park Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite sits next to the Tees Barrage International White Water Centre, an international-standard facility offering rafting and canoeing activities. That makes this a fantastic destination for intrepid types in search of adrenaline activities – but the attractive landscaped location on the banks of the River Tees also means it's a lovely option for those simply seeking a peaceful base for touring this area. Whichever camp you fall into, you’ll be welcome at this site, which is managed by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. You don’t need to be a Club member to stay, though members benefit from discounted rates. The price displayed is the member rate; non-members pay a £15/night extra. That means the £69 annual membership is well worth considering if you're likely to spend more than four nights at a Caravan and Motorhome Club site over the coming year – it entitles you to discounted rates at more than 140 UK Club sites and a raft of other perks, like access to tailored caravan/motorhome insurance, discounts on days out and savings on top brands.   • If you choose the membership option, your membership details will be issued within five working days once the booking is fully paid. A 14-day cooling-off period from the booking date allows for cancellation of the membership and a refund of any fees paid. Please keep children and pets close by and within sight, and ensure you keep your speed below 5mph for everyone's safety.

Fully-serviced hardstanding pitch

Liked Beautiful location and friendly, welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us. It was our first ever adventure in our old Autosleeper, and staff offered to help us get set up. The pitch was fully serviced and while quite busy with other motorhomers, it was quiet and peaceful for the duration of our stay. We took full advantage of the nearby walks including the great Tees Barrage and white water sports facility. Overall a fantastic stay in a fantastic location - just off the A66 at Stockton on Tees.

Disliked The local pub - The Talpore- is now a Beefeater Restaurant and closes to the general public so it can serve residents of the neighbouring Premier Inn.

Fully-serviced hardstanding pitch

Liked Lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for more. Park is well laid out and easy to use - very clean facilities. Lovely surprise fairy garden when I went to the shower block after dark - all lit up.

Liked The staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. The facilities and grounds were perfectly maintained. Great facilities: onsite shop selling essentials, plenty of showers and toilets, no problems getting clothes washed and dried. Games room for the kids. Good location: short walk to Asda and a range of take-aways - McDonalds, Greggs. GoOutdoors was a short walk away and has a great range of essentials for camping, including replacement gas bottles. Loved the visiting take-away vans - the pizzas are excellent, and very good value. I would happily stay here again if I was in the area. Club wi-fi is very good.

Liked Very clean campsite & well organised. Shower & toilet block extremely clean & added bonus you don’t have to keep pressing a button to have a shower. Staff very helpful & friendly. Pitches are really big, clean and tidy. Bear in mind you may need screw in pegs for awnings as the ground was very hard, but that was to be expected with the hot weather we have had. Will definitely be returning.

Disliked Toilet & shower block closed for cleaning at a time where most people are getting up and sorted for the day, but just means you have to get up early or go later. Just a niggle. Nothing really to dislike.

Liked Well laid out site. Very well kept and really quiet for a site in the middle of a town
Good play area for the grandchildren.
Wardens were really friendly and there is a washing facility for your caravan

Disliked Gypsies on site. Nothing the club can do until they break rules etc.
a family were close by 8 feral kids. The parents couldnt speak a sentence without fouls language and they regularly went off leaving the kids on their own.

Fully-serviced hardstanding pitch

Liked Very nice site. Clean and tidy all day and all night. Staff didnt stop all day. Travelled with my 2 children who made friends with other children on site where they played from morning till night. Could not say anything bad about this site.
