Welcome to Donnewell Farm Caravan Club C.L. We are situated on the outskirts of the village of Sedgefield on the A689 a short distance from Junction 60 on A1 (M) and approximately 6 miles from the A19 – an ideal stopover for travelling north or south. We are a small working family farm rearing suckling beef from grass as nature intended! We are a 10 minute walk along a car free country lane to the village centre. The village boasts a magnificent church on the village green and at the last count 8 public houses and 2 coffee shops. The recently restored Hardwick Country Park is within walking distance. We are on the National Cycle Network. The village hosts a Farmers Market every 2nd Sunday, a Mediaeval Fayre in May, Beer Festival in July and Agricultural Show in August, Folk Festival in September, also Sedgefield Racecourse has Car Boot Sales on Thursday & Sunday. Sorry as a working farm with livestock we cannot accept dogs on our CL site.

In 200 yards ignore turn to town centre then in about 500 yards site at white farmhouse on Left. From East. turn off A19 (T) onto A689 (SP A1(M), Sedgefield, Bishop Auckland).
