Liked Don't recommend this site as fulls advertising, they say a nice sandy beach [ITS NOT] the steps down to the beach ís very steep plus there's big pool of water and grass growing all over

Liked Great location, stunning sea view, dog beach, large space for camping, 10mins drive from South Pier Lowestoft ,peacefull place to relax, lovely staff at reception.

Liked got to pick our own spot, close to the beach and nature reserve protecting birds, very well kept field and facilities, staff were very welcoming and helpful, fish and chip stand and a burger van on site, supermarkets and food places a couple of mins walk away. park on site and football goals and basket ball hoop. our new favorite camping spot and will book again!
Disliked one shower block's hot water not working but we where warned and there was another block we could use.

Close to the beach which is lovely but not much else within walking distance.
Nice little park on site for young children.
Disliked The chip van is not very good quality food.
The showers no hot water. We only camped for 1 night so not a problem but would be if we stayed any longer. It’s obviously an ongoing problem as I did see this in other people’s reviews if this facility is not available it should be reflected in the price.

Ice cream van actually come down to the tent (seaside) pitch while we stayed which was lovely.
Disliked Nothing really to say but worth noting, there’s a lot of steps down to the beach and the sea is quite far out so you have to walk a while to get to the sea and it’s stony, not sand. But that’s nothing to do with the site itself
The site itself
On the days we camped there was no hot water on the tent only pitch only on the touring pitch so had to walk to that toilet block.
It was quite busy on the bank holiday weekend so very limited spaces we could pitch up but still a great site. Itself
