Great place to escape the hustle…

Great place, poor communication
Shepherd's hut
Liked Nice space, lovely hut, beautiful and quiet area
Disliked The host was not in contact via email or phone. Therefore, we did not know how to access the hut. A couple of neighbors helped us out and checked the hut door to find it was unlocked, key inside. Obviously we did not want to walk up to check doors not know, as well, which hut was ours as they were not well marked or named. The arrival, as you can imagine, caused some level of stress. It would have been helpful to have someone reach out to instruct us of access. The information said to call when we were on our way. We did, no one picked up as, apparently, the host was on 'holiday' according to their neighbors.

From the manager: Hi i am so sorry to hear of your troubles reaching us. I can only apologise that you did not get hold of me but I had no missed calls from you or an email which is very strange as I have always been reachable by our customisers
I can only whole heartedly apologise for this inconvenience to yourselves
Guests usually ring or email a couple of days before which gives a chance to acquire details etc
There are no excuses our end, this has not happened before.
I do hope you had the correct contact information

Lovely shepherds hut.
Shepherd's hut
Liked Very lovely accommodation, very clean throughout. Beautiful setting with the horses in the field in front of the shepherd hut. Absolutely peaceful and no children, but dogs are welcome. Late Saturday evening sitting on the steps of the hut with a bottle of beer and not a sound. We booked for 2 nights and it was so relaxing. Approx 20 mins drive to the beach which has a dog friendly section. The day of departure we had booked a mississippi river boat ride on the Broads which also allowed the dog, this finished off a lovely few days. 10 out of 10
Disliked Nothing.
