What customers say

This recently refurbished site offers a beautiful riverside location with convenient access to Worcester and local amenities. Visitors frequently praise the clean, modern shower and toilet facilities, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere. While the location of the facilities from touring pitches is noted as a considerable walk, this is understood due to the risk of flooding in the lower touring field. The site is undergoing ongoing development, with some areas still to be completed.

Electric grass pitch

Liked Everything nice quiet spot lovely views bathrooms were spotless . I was worried about how far they would be and the steps as I have arthritis but I found it fairly easy .
We also broke down and it was no problem we didn’t get picked up till 3 on last day .
Would come again

Disliked Only titbit as me and hubby are chubsters it was hard fitting in showers but we asked to use family room and that was lush so not really a dislike more a heads up

Electric grass pitch

Liked Level pitches. Great riverside position.
Toilet block very clean and well appointed.
Site is close to M5 J7 and close to Worcester centre.

Disliked All pitches are a long walk from the toilet block. Chemical waste disposal is nowhere near toilet block and not marked on map.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thanks for the review
The toilet blocks are located on the static level away from the river edge because of flood risk on the lower field.
Thanks
Emma

Liked Not bad views from there

Disliked The toilet. It was far too low. No lights at night and a black ram wandering around in the dark. Showers and other toilets were apparently available at other site.
Just not for us.

Local attractions

Presumably you’ll want to start in Worcester – and that’s a good choice, whether you amble along the riverbank or take the five-minute drive. Once you’re in the city centre, stop by at the cathedral and the Tudor House Museum for a sense of the area’s history and admire the pretty pieces on display at the Museum of Royal Worcester. There’s more history to be explored at places like the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings (20 minutes’ drive), where you can see a collection of restored and rebuilt buildings of various kinds, and the smart Eastnor Castle (half an hour) and Snowshill Manor and Gardens (40 minutes). Meanwhile, music buffs can follow the Elgar Route to take in some of the scenery that inspired the composer and see some of the places where he lived and worked. For some outdoor time, explore the grounds of Spetchley Park Gardens (five minutes), which has been in the same family for over 400 years, or head to the highest point in the Malvern Hills at Worcestershire Beacon (20 minutes).
