What customers say
This is a compact, friendly campsite praised for its excellent Indian food at the on-site pub. Pitches are generally well-sized and the location is ideal for walking the Malvern Hills. Facilities are basic but functional, with 24-hour access to toilets and showers, though some guests noted a need for updating and better maintenance. Staff are consistently described as welcoming and helpful. The site is noted for being quiet and good value for short stays, though some found it expensive for longer visits.

Liked Nothing
Disliked Well what can I say about The Marlbank campsite - nothing good I’m afraid. Grass needed cutting, overhanging bushes over roadway prevented access to 5 hard standing pitches, our EHU was not working fortunately we had long lead with us so we were able to use a pitch that wasn’t affected by bushes and branches , only one shower working, lack of cleaning in shower, wash-up area & toilets, which was also used by pub/restaurant customers. EHU connections on the ground on some pitches . Didn’t see anyone to book in with as pub was closed. No email received day before giving us pitch number, directions, info etc as stated on the pitch up confirmation and didn’t see anyone from management for the 2 days we were there. I also emailed them twice which never got a reply & no answer to the phones . The whole site was shabby, unkept & expensive certainly wouldn’t recommend and we would not return .

Liked Pub food was really good and staff were very friendly.
Disliked The actual camp site doesn’t seem to be looked after, only one toilet working out of two, and only hot water in sinks as the cold wasn’t working, also only one shower so have to time it right to use it.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The pitch was hardstanding with electric in a little corner of it's own on the site. Surrounded by trees and plenty big enough for our campervan. Peaceful and relaxing with the added bonus of a friendly, relaxed pub.

Great Pitch next to Pub with AMAZING curry.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Easy to find location once I went in to the pub to 'check in'. Had good facilities in the pub which can be accessed 24/7. Nice flat pitch next to hedgerow and some trees so good shelter. The pub owners were so lovely and the food is AMAZING! Highly recommend forgetting a dinner ingredient so you have to dine in the pub like I did! Dog friendly, safe and secure.
Disliked The pitch is close to a road which meant it was not as peaceful, but thankfully there is not much traffic at night so my sleep was not affected! Also the sight does need the hedges trimmed and litter picked up to make it a bit tidier.
