  • Adults-only farm with great views of the Cotswolds and Broadway Tower
  • A 10-minute drive from Evesham; 15 minutes from Chipping Campden
  • Dog-friendly site on a working farm; firewood available to buy
It’s something of an icon is Broadway Tower, up on a hilltop in the Worcestershire section of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It was the brainchild of Capability Brown and James Wyatt back in the 18th century, and still reigns supreme as one of the country’s top viewpoints (it’s said that on a clear day you can see across 16 counties from here…) And the views up towards it are pretty fine too – as you’ll see when you check into Tower View Farm, a spacious site with splendid views over the Cotswolds countryside and up to the tower. Sit here and admire it from afar, then when you want to take a closer look it’s about a 10-minute drive to get over there for a visit. The folk that run this site have a lifetime of local knowledge, so you’ll be in safe hands when it comes to recommendations for days out, shops and places to eat and drink. Evesham is your nearest major town for amenities (it’s less than 10 minutes’ drive to the town centre), but you’ll also be within easy striking distance of classic Cotswolds towns including Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh. Pitches here are part of a working farm that puts conservation and environmental factors above profit, and has a similarly generous attitude to space for guests. There’s plenty of space to spread out here (you’ll need to take any waste away with you when you leave though). You’re welcome to bring along a well-behaved dog for your break here, but you don’t have to lug firewood with you – you can buy that on site to set up a campfire in the designated areas (fires and barbecues must not be directly on the grass).
