Liked: We used this site as a little pit stop before heading back home after a 4 week tour of wales. Lovely little well kept site. Detailed email and text sent over after booking with detailed guidance on the best route into site. Toilets and showers clean and tidy.

Liked: Great directions sent ahead of us arriving to avoid narrow lanes. The site has great views, is in a really quiet location (yet still easy to reach). We watched a beautiful sunset on our first night and were amazed at how many stars could be seen! The toilet block was clean with really hot water from the taps in the sinks and in the wash station. EHU worked with no problems at all. There are disposal points for all types of waste that were all clean. The site overall is small but really friendly. The pitch was great, hard standing re van with artificial grass over hard standing for the awning which gave it a much more welcoming feel. We'll definitely be back!

Disliked: There's really nothing to dislike about the site

Disliked: Nothing to dislike. We had out two Grandchildren with us 9 and 4 and they loved the open space.

Liked: Wonderfully spacious pitch Beautiful view Excellent toilet facilities - two toilets were available, including one large toilet room if you have to bring your children in to dress. Lovely warm showers Owner was very friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok. Firewood available. 20 minutes away from Worcester if you want to visit the cathedral. Short car trip to local shops. This would be the perfect site to book for a family/friends meet up!

Disliked: Nothing. It was all lovely!

Booking terms and conditions

Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
Group bookings of 5 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 25 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
No electric barbecues allowed.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.
