What customers say
This site is primarily used as a convenient stopover, praised for its quiet location and ease of access from the motorway. Visitors appreciate the on-site bar and proximity to Kenilworth town. However, the entrance barrier system, requiring a stepladder and padlock, is a significant negative for many, described as awkward, dangerous, and unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Basic and sometimes described as dirty toilet and shower facilities are also a common concern, with many feeling the site is overpriced for the limited amenities.

Liked Quiet stay well away from the club house
Disliked Could have a better way of accessing the site. At 72 climbing a ladder to undo a barrier that would not stay open was hard to get through

Non-electric gravel and hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked It was quiet. Nice to have an onside bar
Disliked The height barrier. That really is not a good system especially for short people or if it's raining

Non-electric gravel and hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Reasonably quiet
Disliked The need to unlock a key box to unlock a padlock to release steps etc etc to enable a barrier to be opened to get on to the site. It was worth £10 at the most. In France we would have paid €15 euros had an electric hook up and good water facilities on a hard standing.

Very over priced for what you get . Wouldn’t stay again

Liked Nothing
Disliked On arrival having to unlock the over head barrier with step ladders provided. Very dangerous. Pitch facilities ok if you like an over flow car park. No water or facilities

No facilities. Uneven Waste land. Too expensive
Non-electric gravel and hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Location for town. We stopped here for a concert in beautiful Warwick Castle - a taxi ride away.
Disliked Other vans parked all over the place. Think they were ‘travellers’ Lots of rubbish, plastic bottles, wrappers left lying around. Too expensive, £17, for what it is, against Stratford at £14, in the heart of town.

Liked Nice quiet to stay for 3 nights.
Disliked The entrance to the parking area. Is very rough for motor homes. Knowing signs stating were they were located would be very helpful.

Felt like we were in a gypsy camp
Non-electric gravel and hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Nothing
Disliked Barrier access not suitable for elderly or disabled. A couple of chained up old step ladders needed releasing then navigate the hidden padlock on top of the barrier 8ft high! Swing the damaged barriers open hoping they don’t damage your moho as they kept swinging in the wind.
Rough dirt track to navigate to a rough gravelled unmarked area. A couple of selfish families took half of the area by the manner they had pitched. Took the wheelie bin for themselves and filled to overflowing in their area.
Club house was deserted.
No directions to elsan point.

Won’t stay again - the second night was better as no events on.
Non-electric gravel and hardstanding motorhome pitch
Liked Field for my dog to have a little walk on in the morning and late evening.
Disliked I arrived on a Saturday, they had an event on sadly but well allowed.
There were lots of children running circles around the cars and vans.
The club was very busy, toilet was filthy too.
Did not explore the showers after seeing the toilet.
