What customers say

This is a small, peaceful campsite in a beautiful rural location, praised for its stunning views and tranquil atmosphere. Visitors highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful owners, Mandy and Jack, who ensure guests feel welcome and have everything they need. Pitches are generally spacious and level, with basic but clean facilities including toilets and showers (coin-operated). The site offers free WiFi and a small honesty shop. While some note the approach road and site access can be narrow, and a single toilet/shower facility may be busy when the site is full, most reviewers found it an ideal spot for relaxation, walking, and stargazing. Managers have acknowledged feedback regarding road conditions and are considering facility adjustments.

Electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked Stayed on EHU pitch. Lovely quiet site with fantastic views, close to Clun and Ludlow. Nicely spaced pitches, has the basics you need. Mandy and Jack lovely hosts who make sure you are ok and are very approachable. The Bell tent looks gorgeous and cosy. Free WiFi which is a bonus
Will definitely return.

Liked A very warm welcome on arrival, the pitch size was fantastic and the view was amazing. Listening to the animals and watching the lambs play in the field was delightful.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked We had a lovely time staying here or 2 nights during the May halfterm break with our 2 young boys. It's a beautiful location and a great, quiet, friendly, family feel campsite. The owners are lovely and happy to help. It is dog friendly, has a useful fridge and freezer, shower and a small stream just outside the entrance which is lovely for cooling your feet on a hot day...or giving you dog a drink! :)
All in all, we had a really great time

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch

Liked What a lovely small family run campsite! Three toilets, hot shower and washing up and information covered area. Water was available at several points. The grass was well maintained, the pitches were flat and fire pits and wood available. Above all the unique hospitality of the owners was very much appreciated. Dogs and children were all well behaved and the pitches generously spaced out. The view was great too.

Disliked I had hoped to walk out more but there didn’t seem to be any clear footpaths, but a trek up the hill on the track that fords the stream is worth a climb for the view. In any case it was a heatwave so I didn’t want to walk out far. There was some lively activity from the neighbouring farm, but that may have been because it was half term. Otherwise it was lovely and quiet, not near any main roads. In fact there are only single track roads to the site, which some drivers might find tricky.
