What customers say
This is a peaceful and well-maintained campsite with friendly owners and a relaxed atmosphere. Visitors consistently praise the clean and well-equipped facilities, including spacious shower cubicles and ample hot water for washing up. The level pitches, hammock area, and opportunities for children to play are highlighted, along with the availability of a fridge/freezer. Its convenient location for local attractions and walks, combined with affordability, makes it a highly recommended and frequently revisited destination. Some minor points mention potential issues with shower pressure or the need for advance booking at local pubs.

A perfect spot to relax and look at the stars.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked The site was just lovely and the little area in the middle of some trees with a hammock and space for chairs was perfect to sit in the evening and look at the stars. Having the fridge was so handy and the toilet block very clean. We loved it.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Clean facilities, relaxed atmosphere, views of the hills around. Mostly peaceful with a bit of road noise which subsided in the evening and the occasional train passing close by. Good for star gazing and the Perseids meteors. Having fridge and freezer for communal use was a pleasant surprise.

A fantastic site for only £12 per night
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked A fantastic site for only £12 a night. Stayed in a field with just one other so nice and peaceful. Covered Kitchen area outside to wash up. Shower and toilet block (with good, free shower) was great. There was a fridge available to use too.
Disliked To make this place perfect, the freezer on site would have been working and there would have been a WiFi code available but certainly not complaining for the price.

Small and quiet campsite
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely small and quiet campsite, the toilet and shower block were very clean with plenty of space to hang clothes etc. Lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Flexible arrival and leaving times was so helpful. Kids loved the sheep and the hammock area. Staff were friendly.

Perfect site, brilliant in every way.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked It is not possible to score this campsite out of a mere 10, and if I must, it gets 20 out of 10.
The warm welcome alone deserves extra points. Peaceful, affordable, beautiful surroundings and clean ample facilities.
Far exceeds any expectations any human should have for a £12 a night campsite.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked This is the third time we have stayed at Kevindale campsite so obviously it suits us. We can turn up at any time and leave at any time which suits us means we don't have to rush. Washing facilities, showers, toilets are good and kept very clean. There are three fields to chose from, one is well occupied but we chose the one without views as there are plenty of sites to chose from. Nearby town, Craven Arms offers good shopping - excellent butchers, supermarket and hardware store. Good location - easy to get to Church Stretton for hill walking and also to Ludlow. I can see us visiting this site every year for a week or so. Booking went through without a hitch.
