What customers say
This campsite offers a lovely rural location with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Guests praise the on-site pub for its good food and entertainment. Pitches are generally well-spaced and the site is dog-friendly, with easy access to riverside walks. While many facilities are clean and adequate, some guests noted that the male toilet block is undergoing refurbishment and can be dated, with occasional issues regarding water temperature. Some visitors found the site can get busy, especially during peak times.

Liked Lovely location. Clean facilities. Allocated pitches with plenty of space between. Friendly and helpful owner. Good value food at the pub (although waited over an hour from order to receiving at table). Amazing mature willow tree on site. Worth going to the pub just to see it. Very peaceful in the mornings before 7am. Lots of birds. Access to riverside walks directly from the site.
Disliked Would have liked to have known prior to booking that the pub hosted live music nights and that loud music from the pub would not stop until around 10:30 pm at night.

Liked Nothing I’m afraid!
Disliked Everyone was crammed in like sardines. It looked anything but peaceful like the reviews have stated.
I’m afraid I drove in and then straight out and booked another campsite as planned b. Crowded and noisy places aren’t for me. I can’t rate anything as I didn’t stay on for long enough.
