What customers say
This is a small, well-maintained, and peaceful site featuring fully serviced pitches, many with water and electricity. Guests appreciate the clean shower and toilet facilities, level pitches, and the convenience of nearby village pubs and shops. While some mention limited manoeuvring space and occasional road noise, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many visitors planning return visits. A child play area was removed due to council requirements.

From the manager: Hi, thank you for staying at Willow beck retreat. The showers and toilet are complementary as a Caravan motorhome club we do not have to have an amenity block we do not charge for the showers. They are cleaned every day and we are only five Pitch certified location so we never get really busy anyway thank you very much for staying. You are more than welcome to visit again.
Will definitely visit again

From the manager: Hi, thank you for staying at Willow beck retreat. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We do apologise for the site being a little untidy as our lawnmower was in getting fixed. It has been fixed now and the site is all neat and tidy again.

Liked great location just off main road near to village pubs and shops and the local windmill, clean toilets (2) and shower (1), small number of pitches available, pay for EHU as you go. £1 lasted us 24 hours.
Disliked nobody was there to say hello or take payment but there was a note on the EHU meter for contact and payment information

Liked Nice site for the weekends, a short walk into the village and the pitches are a great size plenty of space for the caravan awning and car.

Liked Lovely little site, peaceful, well presented. Good lighting. Good services. Will definitely use again
Disliked As a first time I think it would be helpful if there was a welcome sign on or in the cabin that just says ‘welcome, help yourself to any vacant pitch etc etc’. We worked it out but then saw another couple arrive who were also a little confused about what they should do. X
