- Until 30 June 2025, a small toilet block is available and access to a shower is by request only. From 01 July 2025, a new purpose-built shower and toilet block will be available.

Liked Simple site, pitch where you like on a big field surrounded by woodland. Excellent facilities that were kept very clean and tidy. Fantastic farm shop and cafe so you can keep catering to a minimum if you wish. A short walk/bike ride to Bennerley Viaduct and the Erewash Canal which has fabulous trails to explore. Very friendly farm cat - happily takes liberties with your indoor space!
Disliked A bit more information would have been helpful before or on arrival (where to pitch, location of drinking water taps, bins, etc) and some contact during the stay to check everything was ok. Bit of a walk to the drinking water tap. A single person discount would make the price more competitive.

Liked We picked this site as a conveniently located stopover en route to our destination. The large camping field is very pleasant and you can pitch freely where you choose. The new shower and toilet facilities are genuinely some of the best we've seen on a campsite! (However, my husband did get locked in and was told it happens a lot, so perhaps don't send children on their own!). The cafe and farm shop seemed really nice.
Disliked Not really a dislike but a suggestion - there was some confusion where to go on arrival (us and other campers) - we ended up asking in the cafe and were pointed in the general direction of the field. An email or message beforehand explaining where to go and that campers are free to pitch anywhere would have been helpful.

Liked We had a fabulous stay at Trinity Farm. We only stayed one night, as we were in the area visiting relatives, but it felt like a real holiday. The camping fields were spacious and not crowded at all, and had good facilities. It was a real treat to be able to eat in the organic cafe in the lovely veranda with fab countryside views. The evening meal and breakfast we had there was delicious, and enjoyed the organic wines. We will definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Liked We loved the friendly and welcoming staff and the obvious love and enthusiasm they all have for the ethos of this organic and biodiverse farm and the produce and meals they have available.
The space for camping is very large and there are options for proximity to others or open space as preferred. The facilities, cafe and shop are delightful and not expensive. The licenced cafe serves until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays with a menu responsive to the best produce on the day.
We don't often choose to stay on sites as we don't want noise and overly commercial amenities. This is a wholesome oasis for nature lovers while super convenient for access to major routes.
We loved our weekend stay!

Liked The shop was nice.
The toilets and showers were new and clean (when they were open).
Disliked Although we’d booked in advance, there was no room for us on the camping field when we arrived (late afternoon).
We were offered a gravel car park near some storage sheds/bins. Or a very overgrown meadow.
The pot washing facilities were in place but not connected. We stayed on a Saturday night. An emergency plumber arrived at 8pm to connect the outdoor pot washing sinks. He turned off water to the entire toilet and shower block between 8.30pm and 10.30pm. The job wasn’t complete and the sinks still weren’t connected by the time we left.
This was the strangest campsite we’ve ever stayed at. We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it.
The owner turned up at around 10pm. There were several families milling about waiting to use the bathrooms. The owner then told us there was another toilet and pot washing sink on another field/down a track?
I’m sure we had a bad experience with the timing of the emergency plumber.
We did try to resolve this with Pitchup who contacted the owner, but the owner hasn’t replied.

Liked Very friendly owner and site staff. Lovely cafe and shop onsite. Very peaceful and quiet. Very nice toilet and shower block.
Disliked Water tap is a bit far from the actual camping area.
A bit sloping on the pitches in the field so bring levelling blocks if you are in a motorhome or campervan.
If you are in a tall motorhome be careful of the overhanging branches and hedges on the access track.
