didn't get there as was told they couldn't find shower block keys so had a message saying leave it for another time!!

    Disliked:

no refund offered even after we paid deposit and was told they couldn't find the keys for shower block meaning 2 very upset children as caravan was packed and ready to go.
So had to try and find somewhere else last minute.
Really not happy. Won't be booking there again if this is how unorganised it is!
    still no refund of deposit.
