Very unhelpful manager !!
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Location , great fishing and a well run cafe/ restaurants/tackle shop .
Disliked The unhelpful attitude of the reception staff . we arrived on a Monday afternoon after booking a four daycares on the previous night , but on there’s down on our 3 hour journey from Northumberland , my wife received telephone call requesting her to go to Hexham hospital for an appointment on the Wednesday . We explained this to the lady ( manager?) in reception and explained that we had to leave early and only do a two day stay , not hour and she wasn’t interested at all .( We thought she might say you can come back fitting a midweek and stay another Wednesday and Thursday , but she blamed pitch Ups cancellation policy !
Surely as the site ‘ manager’ she could have accommodated us another time that was quiet and convenient for both parties ?
We wil pushed this with Fisheries too as her customer service was awful
