What customers say
This is a well-maintained, quiet site offering excellent value. Guests praise the clean facilities, spacious pitches, and convenient location within walking distance of village amenities, pubs, takeaways, and the train station. The on-site brewery tours are highly recommended. Some noise from the working brewery is to be expected. A minority of guests reported issues with facility cleanliness, lack of toilet paper, and the unmanned nature of the site, though manager replies indicate these are being addressed.

A lovely stay will be returning.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked It was a quiet area, you could hear the birds including peacocks. The pitches were large. There is a Coop, two pubs, a Chinese and chip shop within easy walking distance. We travelled into Skegness on the bus from the market place but there is also a train every hour. The toilet block included a toilet, basin and shower in the same cubicle which is good. The water is very hot which I liked.
Disliked One of the showers was broken it would not stay on his hook. Cleaned toilets once a day would need more in high season.

Short walk into village, with 2 pubs , takeaways & a co-op. Train station & bus stops in walking distance too. We went on the Brewery Tour which was brilliant. We will definitely return if touring the area again.
