Getting into the countryside – and away from any kids – is nice and easy at Faldingworth Farm Retreats. Set in the Lincolnshire countryside, this peaceful adults-only site is on a family-run working farm. Accommodation comes in the form of cosy shepherd’s huts suited to couples. Each has its own private hot tub, a proper kitchen, an ensuite bathroom and decking areas with country views, so you're properly set up for a few days or longer of laidback soaks and sunset alfresco meals. The farm is around 25 minutes’ drive away from the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape as well as Lincoln, making it easy to get out to the valleys or into the city. Pubs are within 10 minutes’ drive of the site, and if you fancy browsing shops and cafés too, Market Rasen is a nice spot for it (with Georgian and Victorian buildings and the river Rase) and only 15 minutes’ drive away. Come to Faldingworth Farm Retreats for the quiet, the views, the wildlife or the alpacas – yes, that's right, there are also alpacas living on site that you’re welcome to visit.
