What customers say
This is a small, clean, adult-only site with a peaceful atmosphere and an excellent location, just a short walk from a dog-friendly beach and local amenities. Pitches are generally spacious and level. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful, with particular mention of Alice. Facilities, including showers and toilets, are frequently described as immaculately clean. Some guests noted road noise and occasional issues with water pressure in the showers, or limited facilities in the toilet block. The site is highly recommended for its value and proximity to the beach.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Great location, great size pitches, very clean, nice walk through the static area of the site to the beach, which is amazing. Bonus being adult only, Alice the warden was lovely and very helpful. Lovely pub just before you get to the beach, handy to quench your thirst after a day on the beach or long walk.
Disliked The adjacent road on occasion can be like a race track, not that it’s the sites fault, we got used to it.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Quiet site , good pitch size, nice walk to sea, local pub serving food, walk down beach to Mablethorpe or walk on a flat straight path down into town. Carboot every Monday on the path way into town. Alice the owner was brilliant, excellent communication
Disliked Main entrance has barrier but is not fully secure ( no fence) feel like this is needed if you’re on the end pitch as a bit open
