Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Fantastic entertainment and facilities, tidy site. All staff were brilliant. Spent time in the cafe, arcade and pub.
Disliked Toilets had a horrible urine smell and the portaloos were horrific. Needed a good deep clean.
Multiple campers near by decided to smoke cannabis, albeit, not something that staff could control but it was all day and evening.

Would probably not stay again in a tent
Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch
Liked Nice big park, not far from toilets&showers, arcades and facilities not too far to walk, easy check in.
Disliked Pitch right next to the main road, heard cars all night, entertainment too loud for everyone, only went for 45 mins 1 night. Could hear the entertainment till 11:20pm from our pitch. Other guests causing noise after 12pm jumping in the lakes and domestics which led to police being called.

Electric grass tent pitch
Liked My son enjoyed the arcades
Disliked The toilets and showers were filthy and there was never any toilet roll.
My son couldn’t sleep due to how loud people were playing music and “security” did nothing about it. I frequently smelled weed from one side of the camping site and again… no actions taken.
Packed up early, won’t be back

Liked The area is was located and the pitch ect and local amenities. Lovely lady on arrivals desk. Really helpful. Lovely guy waits and shows you were your pitch is. Outside and cafe/shop were really clean and well maintained. The shop was very well priced for a campsite. It was nice and quiet in the evenings. Lots of bins to place rubbish. Would come again.
Disliked Showers furthest away from reception were vile. Toilets nearly always had no toilet roll and there was a dirty mop bucket left just inside the toilet door the whole 4 days we were there. Water in the washing up area was never hot, only lukewarm

Disliked Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing. The toilets and facilities were disgusting, with bins overflowing and even poo left on the floor. The area clearly wasn’t being kept clean or maintained properly.
The people in the tents behind us were extremely loud, swearing, arguing and generally kicking off throughout the night, which kept us awake for hours. It completely ruined the camping experience.
On top of that, we found some of the staff moody and rude when dealing with them, which didn’t help matters.
We definitely won’t be returning. The site needs to seriously improve its cleanliness, noise management and customer service.

Liked Nice site
Lots of activities
Beautiful lakes / fishing lakes
Disliked Steak & Ale pie very dry no gravy/ ale in it Lasagna was more cheese than meat
Toilets dirty and smelly
People on the pitch next to us put wind breakers on the grass area towards the lake blocking our view of anything
Dont think staff have been trained in smiling as of yet

Poor stay
Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch
Liked We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff and directed to our pitch. Plenty of Room on pitch for our 5 man tent.
Fishing was good and the Carp we caught were in great condition.
Disliked We stayed for 3 nights and every night we were kept up from very rude and loud neighbours.
I feel they should have been kicked off site sooner with the things they were saying for everybody to hear and it was absolutely vile and disgusting and most definitely not young ears.
I reported their behaviour twice along with other campers who made multiple reports and they were still were allowed to stay onsite.
Then on the 3rd night with no surprise the police arrived to calm the situation.
Toilet block was shocking and disgusting all times of day.
Food and drink was heavily over priced and food was very standard.
Staff in the spar had no personality and were rude.
