What customers say
This is a large, well-maintained site with a wide range of facilities including fishing lakes, an aqua park, arcade and on-site bars/restaurants. Visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of facilities and spacious pitches. The location is ideal for Mablethorpe. Some report issues with noise, particularly from nearby roads or other campers, and occasional cleanliness concerns in toilet/shower blocks. Electric usage costs are a point of mention.

Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch
Liked Decent sized pitch, nice bar with decent food and not massively over priced.
Good location, 5 minute drive from centre of Mablethorpe.
Disliked Our pitch backed on to a national speed limit road with only a line of trees to separate. Was very noisy all day and night.
Facilities not big enough to accommodate the amount of pitches on the field.
One block of male/female toilets and showers for 60 pitches. Also 2 of the ladies toilets were out of order for our entire stay leaving only 4 working toilets which were almost always dirty when I went to use them. Showers were push button so turned off every 5-10 seconds and water temp fluctuated a lot.
We were located on the water park field so also had to share facilities with those just using the park for the day.

Liked 4th time staying here now, stopped in pod this time with my 3 boys. Nothing to complain about, had plenty room and the fishing was great.

Lovely beautiful park.
Electric grass tent pitch
Liked The park was very beautiful, the lakes were wonderful to look at especially seeing the ducks and geese, the arcade and shop were clean and inviting, the restaurant clean and nice. Reception staff were lovely. Some of the restaurant staff were very friendly, shop staff were friendly too. We would deffo come again, really wasn’t expecting a beautiful campsite the photos online don’t do it justice.
Disliked Didn’t like the upkeep of the toilets, the pot washroom was full of spiders and spider eggs all over the ceiling. Wasn’t keen on the place were they put our tent, the location was dull compared to the other areas, just like we were dumped in a field, the porter loos were disgusting. We thought we had a really long electric cable, but it just barely reached had to move the tent closer. Some of the bar staff were miserable, and some of them were clueless.

Great Overall experience
Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked The pitch was fab, so nice having electric and water so close. Travelled alone with kids so it made my life so much easier.
The park area was brilliant and my daughter loved it, the amusement area is a good size and very repetitive, breakfast was lovely and the clubhouse had a nice atmosphere. Would go again
Disliked Showers, button press and 3-5seconds of water wasn’t great especially for washing hair and it was really hot then really cold

Excellent stay and will be back!
Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch
Liked Excellent site!
Easy check in and pitch was a good size. Facilities were great - clean and modern. Showers were hot and spacious with separate dressing area too.
Well stocked shop on site for any last minute items and a modern country feel pub, a cafe and additional show bar. Our girls enjoyed the disco and the girl who was running the entertainment was really friendly and enthusiastic with all the kids. The arcade was huge - the girls loved that and the arcade man was really helpful and always at hand.
Park is near main facilities and has lots on there with even a zip line.
Was lovely being near a lake and the kids loved watching the geese, goslings and ducks. Our eldest is going to try the aqua park next time too! Just on the outskirts of
Mablethorpe which is a lovely seaside town with lots to do! A great stay and we will definitely be back!
Disliked Would benefit from more washing up facilities
