Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch
Liked The pitch sizes were fantastic, and facilities on site were varied and of great value.
Disliked The toilets on Aqua park lake were absolutely disgusting. We were there for the best part of a week and the urinals in the mens toilets were clearly broken and full of disgusting rubbish and tissue, they absolutely stank, the toilets were often unclean and flooded and the shower cubicles had clearly not been wiped down or sprayed through the entire 4 day stay. I was really disappointed with the level of cleanliness.

Electric grass tent pitch
Liked The electric pitch, close to utilities. Utikities were clean. Lovely lakes and the aqua park was brilliant for families.
Good entrance to the park. Good arcade and bar layout.
5 mins in car to beach, beach is beautiful.
Disliked Staff were not all friendly, the organisation in the bar, restaurant and the cafe in the shop was not organised well.
In the bar we had 1 person doing drinks and 1 person taking food orders which didn't work well during busy periods.
One night we had nachos with sauces in separate bowls and when we tried to get it the next day, made the same way, it was an issue.
The morning of us leaving the park we went to the cafe, ordered food, was waiting 20 minutes until we went back up to ask where food was and was told it hadn't been processed. Then we waited again me and my daughter got our food and my husband had to wait longer for his and it was only beans on toast!

Liked Grandson enjoyed it
Disliked Toilets and shower block was disgusting so we strip washed in the tent tend to discriminate against tenters as the shower block for caravans was pristine won't be going back

Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch
Liked Loved the park itself and the touring wardens matt and im sure her name was jenny (sorry if im wrong) were outstanding. Im sure They dont get paid enough for what they do and why they have to deal with. They are a credit to the site
Disliked State of the showers and toilets.
I know there was a lot of people on site with it being the holidays but the state the showers and toilets were left in by people was disgusting. I feel bad for the cleaners

Liked Site was clean
Disliked Constant loud bass music from midday to midnight, shop wasn't stocked with essentials very well , had to drive into town to pick stuff up , ground very hard to peg into , ruined several heavy duty pegs , and once pegs in they kept coming out as the ground was that hard and dry

Camping pod
Liked The site was lovely, lots of space and plenty of activities. Bar service was friendly and reception staff very helpful
Disliked The pod we stayed in wasn’t clean, still rubbish and grit on the floor and we watched the cleaner check the pod next door and that wasn’t cleaned either just opened the curtains and the next person arrived.
Toilet block on that area was very dirty, then men’s was unusable. I appreciate that the guests have a responsibility to clean up after themselves but the level of cleanliness was down to poor housekeeping and maintenance

Liked The whole park for us was great, my husband likes to fish, we all loved the AquaPark that was fab and the show bar was ok for a bit of entertainment, for me I like bingo so that was good.
Disliked The toilets and showers need to be deep cleaned and then more regularly cleaned as they were pretty grim at times, they seem new so they should be looked after.

A good stay, not great but we still had fun!
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lots of good things to do there with golf, fishing and Aqua park. Also nice bar and restaurant.
Disliked Toilet and shower facilities particularly for the camping field were average at best! Really smelt and could do with more shower units and more frequent cleaning.
