  • Two miles from the beach at Mablethorpe
  • Golf course, aqua park, bar and restaurant on a 170-acre site
  • Several fishing lakes plus tackle shop
Aaaarrrr! Guests of all sizes will find stacks to do at good-looking and quiet Grange Leisure Park two miles from Mablethorpe, like packing the kids off to scale the heady heights of the adventure playground's pirate ship while the grownups concern themselves with the serious matters of casting or teeing off… Casting off is at the park's six scenic fishing lakes filled with good-sized carp, roach, bream, perch and a few more scaly species (if you haven't brought your gear, the basics are for sale in the site tackle shop). For teeing off, Grange has a nine-hole golf course; day tickets are available at reception where you can also hire clubs. There's also an outdoor aqua park available for guests' use for an extra charge, and a leisure complex with a showbar, bar and restaurant, arcade, café and supermarket. Entertainment and fishing is included in the pitch price. After the fish/golf balls have been tamed and the kids have gone wild in the playground (they'll find a zipwire, swings, slide and quite a bit more there too) guests of all sizes can meet up in the Badgers Barn Pub for a bite and a tipple (possibly not the latter for smaller guests). And then, a stroll to walk it all off? Ambling options are all around: Grange Leisure Park is on 170 acres of farmland and fields, with clear open views, miles of trails and wildlife in abundance. If you're wandering into Mablethorpe, the beach is about a mile away, but if you're feeling full/ lazy, the local bus stops right outside the site. A new amenities block was added in 2018.

Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch

Liked We really enjoyed our stay at Grange Leisure Park. The site was clean and beautifully maintained, with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Its location is great—just a short distance from Mablethorpe, which made exploring easy. The only downside was the showers being cold, but since the weather was warm, it didn’t really bother us. Overall, a lovely place for a family getaway

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Liked Spacious pitches, lots of activities & at a good price.

Disliked Facilities, very few showers compared to the size of the site. The few showers that were there very hit & miss if they worked.

Electric grass touring caravan or tent pitch

Liked Close to Mablethorpe

Disliked Showers/toilets/washing up areas are totally inadequate for the size of the site. Water supply never more than Luke warm at best. Spoilt our stay so would not return to this site.

Non-electric grass tent pitch

Liked How lovely and clean the area were, very clearly well looked after and everyone was polite.

Incredibly large space for whatever you need to put out in your own area, and children to be able to play. Also along with the fact the site itself has so much do to there, yet also not too far out from being able to go into Mablethorpe for other activities.

Toilets and showers all clean, plenty there so never fully as everyone goes at different times when it suits, especially for such a busy place and time to go, during the summer hols and they grange fest event weekend!

(Value for money, needs more stars options available to select, haha... And can't judge WiFi, didn't use it)

Disliked Wasps!!! 😂😭 Not your fault, just hovering, and they chased me!!

Fully-serviced gravel touring pitch

Liked Music festival

Disliked Very unhelpful receptionists very rude borderline passive aggressive. Not sure how many there is but none are signing off the same hymn sheet one tells you one thing the other tells you something completely different. Bar staff have no idea what the club serve how much to charge or what’s happening in their own club absolute joke. Toilets very dirty showers cold just not acceptable at £70 a night just for a touring pitch

Liked This is the second time we have stayed here and we rebooked before we left!!
The amount of entertainment for the adults and kids is spot on!!
Short drive from the sea front and still only a further 25 minute drive to Skegness!!

Excellent site with excellent facilities!!

Disliked Would be absolutely perfect if there was a laundrette on site but that’s personal al preference and does not reflect anything negative about the site

Local attractions

Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea, Ingoldmells, Skegness and other Lincolnshire lovelies are all close by for the coastal connoisseurs; and market towns, villages and the Lincolnshire Wolds easy to get to inland. At Mablethorpe, many visitors wander through the dunes to Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary, home of many a brightly-coloured bird, birds of prey, primates, reptiles and roguish-looking meerkats as well as the seals. Kids and big kids will probably also like Mablethorpe's miniature railway, boating lake and funfair; fans of the latter should add in Ingoldmells, home of Fantasy Island theme park. This is also a cracking area for nature: more seals can be seen at the popular Donna Nook National Nature Reserve down the coast between Grainthorpe Haven and Saltfleet, and a huge nature reserve teeming with squawking seabirds is at Gibraltar Point near Skegness. Also nearby, bob about in boats or cast off again at the waters of the Lincolnshire Wolds, alongside many miles of trails and bridleways to walk, cycle or horse ride, or bob around Lincolnshire's market towns: recommended options include Alford, Louth and Lincoln.
