What customers say
This is a large, well-equipped site with many facilities, including fishing lakes and an aqua park, popular with families. Pitches are generally spacious and serviced, and staff are often described as friendly and helpful. However, multiple guests have reported significant issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of toilet and shower blocks, particularly during peak times, with some finding the water temperature inconsistent. Noise from other guests and the proximity of some pitches to the main road have also been raised as concerns.

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Pitch was easy to find. Entertainment and arcades were great, kids absolutely loved the aquapark aswell. The site was nice and clean. Ev charging point on site was very handy to have.
Disliked The closest showers were not very clean. The shower was only a slight trickle of water and it only increased to normal flow when the water was getting colder. Washing up area there was never any hot water. I asked for help as it was my first time camping and was told sorry nobody can help you, the very nice lady who came round in the golf buggy was so helpful despite never having put up a tent before. There were no phone charging areas accept in the bar despite being told there was.

Enjoyed our stay as a family. Kids loved it!
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Entertainment, facilities, friendly staff, clean site.
Disliked Nephew split head open (no fault of anyone else’s and it was an accident) however there was nothing but bandages in all three first aid kits that was brought to support. We was offered baby wipes to clean the wound. Staff was apologetic and advised they felt embarrassed but this needs to be a lesson and acted upon.
