    going home

    Disliked:

Kitchen staff are extremely rude and aggressive. we had to wait over an hour for the food, when it arrived we asked why it had taken so long and was then met with a very aggressive and rude kitchen staff coming over to our table and almost reducing my wife and children to tears, i was not going to allow anyone to speak to my family like that so i swore at her and she just laughed in our faces, i complained to the management and they disciplined the kitchen staff, however they have now blacklisted us from going there again, so unfair when it was their staff that was rude and aggressive to us in the first place. We had been visiting this place for the last 10 years, we will just go take our money elsewhere. just be warned do not make any complaints co's you'll just get blacklisted from the site like us. Extremely poor customer service....

Fabulous site, All the pitches very spacious, flat and spread out. Water and ehu to every pitch. Fantastic play area in the main field, and also two smaller ones.
Toilet block was kept clean throughout the day, nice warm showers every time.
Food was good pub grub, staff very friendly and welcoming.
Evening entertainment had something for everybody. Overs 18s only bar and lots of activities in oscars and montys for the children

    Disliked:

Slightly muddy in the awning space, but it was October and to be expected. Maybe gravel would be better instead of grass.
